The only way I would ride this bike is when they put rubber and air for tires or the hovercraft has been profected for at least 2 years.

Re: HONDA V4 Concept

that is questionable but i know how to run

Re: HONDA V4 Concept

do any of you actually ride a motorcycle? know anything about them?
i will say the front end is questionable regarding suspension BUT
what you all seem to be missing is that for the last 7-10 years motorcycle manufacturers have been developing and testing rim/hub drive systems. no spokes no chain...and as far as no gear shift, the same tech that has been in formula one cars (finger switch shifting) has also been applied to bikes. it's not that far of a stretch for a bike like this to go into production in the near future.

Re: HONDA V4 Concept

bagaimana v4 bergerak??... saya tidak lihat media berbahan dasar karet dalam rodanya....

Re: HONDA V4 Concept

You could call this a V2 or a V1,00,000,000 concept bike, you can't even see the engine. It might have a flat four in it for all I can see.

Re: HONDA V4 Concept

Bring back the real V4, the V65. Don't let YAMAHA have all the fun.

This "concept" bike is a joke! What is it going to be, a hovercraft? I understand the concept idea, but this just has so many unknowns that it doesn't tell you anything except this couldn't exist in any form remotely resembling the picture and be rideable. It's more like art, than a motorcycle. Go back to the drawing board

Re: HONDA V4 Concept

Just don't let Ducati steal your styling cues this time :-)

Re: HONDA V4 Concept

theres just one tiny problem with this concept: it has no f*****g wheels!

although the aesthetics are amazing and unique, surely anything with that design would never function as a bike.

its like a sandwich, minus the 2 slices of bread, only draped in velvet

Re: HONDA V4 Concept

no thanks... it look like a bunch of cheap fancy plastic... lets not cover up the nuts..eh?

Re: HONDA V4 Concept

I like the concept direction. The styling is strong, but the functional requirements are lacking in the overall direction of how the wheels are represented in a form of speed. Part of the beauty of a motorcycle is how the wheels are captured in the movement of speed. By not showing a wheel actually moving it takes away that deep connection between the rider and the bike...I think alot of the times designers forget that the rider is riding the whole bike, not just the front end and the gas tank to rear tail lights...

All in all I'm being considerably critical of an excellent concept..But I think you can take it..!
